Account Setup and Profile Creation

    • Open the GConnection platform on your device.

    • Follow the instructions to complete your profile.

    • Be sure to complete your profile within 5 working days!

    • Essential items:

      • A profile picture.

      • Your CV.

    • Optional items:

      • Certificates (if applicable).

      • Links to social media, portfolio, website, or other resources to share.

  • Check your spam folder for your pin code if you don’t receive it in your inbox.

    • Ensure your profile includes:

      • A profile picture.

      • At least one professional-level language.

      • At least one work experience.

      • An uploaded CV.

    • Tip: Keep your profile in “Draft” mode until it’s complete and you’re ready to go live.

  • Once live, users on GConnection can view your profile and consider you for relevant opportunities.

Using GConnection on Devices

    • Open GConnection on your phone.

    • Tap the share button (on Safari) or the three dots (on other browsers).

    • Select “Add to Home Screen.”

    • Access the app directly from your home screen and log in.

  • By creating your profile, you agree not to:

    • Share any confidential platform information with third parties.

    • Use the platform’s information for commercial purposes.

    • Engagement Actions: Show interest, skip, or save for later.

    • Saved Opportunities: Take further steps to proceed after saving.

    • Connections: Interact directly with others after mutual interest.

    • Click the menu in the top-left corner of your screen.

    • Select the option to report an issue to our tech team.

    • Fill in our surveys: Share your honest opinions to help us improve.

    • Send us an email: Share your wishes, challenges, or ideas.

    • Report directly in the app: Use the menu to communicate your experiences or concerns.
